Wrenchspanner


Definition:  a tool that people who know how to use tools use for doing stuff  
Used in a sentence:  In the early 19th century, Luddites would throw wrenchspanners into machines that they thought were taking jobs away from people.

  1. Vern and I had a confusing conversation once because he was talking about needing a spanner and I had NO CLUE what that was. He also said that a 'Spanner' was someone who wasn't too bright. I love English English so much! They have the BEST words for stupid people! LOL
