Definition: to be generally unsettled and let people know it by complaining
Used in a sentence: If there aren't any pickles in the house, Ross starts to whinewhinge.

    Is that the same as cribbing? Curry Delight uses that word all the time but I have no idea what it means.

      I'm not familiar with cribbing, except for meaning "cheating", like crib notes... maybe your bf just talks weird ;)
